Cellular Blood Pressure Cuff

  • Patient wraps the cuff around their upper arm and presses a single button; readings transmit automatically over cellular networks to our care team. No phone, Wi-Fi, or app setup required.
  • Best for hypertensive patients and those with cardiovascular risk; most commonly used in RPM programs for cardiology, primary care, and nephrology groups.

1bios Cellular Body Weight Scale

Cellular Body Weight Scale

  • Patient steps on the scale and their weight readings transmit automatically over cellular to our care team. No pairing, app, or Wi-Fi needed.
  • Best for heart failure, CKD, and weight-management patients; most commonly used by cardiology, nephrology, and primary care RPM programs.

Smart Pill Box

  • Compartments light up at scheduled dose times and the device logs each opening, alerting our care team to missed doses in real time.
  • Best for chronically non-adherent patients; most commonly used by primary care, geriatrics, and behavioral health groups.

1bios Cellular Pulse Oximeter

Ceullar Pulse Oximeter

  • Patient clips the sensor on a fingertip for a few seconds; SpO2 and pulse readings transmit automatically over cellular to our care team.
  • Best for COPD, asthma, post-COVID, and CHF patients; most commonly used by pulmonology, cardiology, and primary care groups.

Cellular Peak Flow Meter

  • Patient exhales forcefully into the mouthpiece; peak expiratory flow readings transmit automatically over cellular so clinicians can spot airway decline early.
  • Best for asthma and COPD patients, most commonly used by pulmonology, allergy/immunology, and cardiology groups.

1bios Cellular Blood Glucose Meter

Cellular Blood Glucose Meter

  • Patient pricks a finger and applies a blood drop to the test strip; the reading transmits automatically over cellular to our care team. No phone or sync step.
  • Best for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetics managing with finger sticks; most commonly used by endocrinology and primary care groups.

Continuous Glucose Monitor

  • A small sensor worn on the arm or abdomen measures interstitial glucose around the clock and streams readings to our care team for trend analysis.
  • Best for insulin-dependent diabetics and patients with frequent hypo/hyperglycemia; most commonly used by endocrinology and advanced primary care groups.

1bios Contactless Continuous Radar Monitoring

Contactless Continuous Radar

  • A bedside or in-room radar sensor passively tracks breathing, heart rate, sleep, and movement. No wearable, no patient action required.
  • Best for elderly, post-acute, and fall-risk patients; most commonly used by skilled nursing and geriatric care teams.

Trackers and Smartwatches

  • Worn on the wrist to continuously capture steps, heart rate, sleep, and activity; data syncs to our care team for trend monitoring and engagement.
  • Best for wellness, cardiac rehab, and chronic-condition patients needing activity coaching; most commonly used by primary care, cardiology, and employer/wellness programs.

1bios Personal Emergency Response System

Personal Emergency Response Systems

  • Patient presses a wearable button (or the device auto-detects a fall) to instantly connect with a 24/7 response center that dispatches help.
  • Best for seniors living alone and fall-risk patients; most commonly used by geriatrics, and senior-living care teams.

Gait, Motion, and Pressure Sensors

  • Sensors in insoles or wearables track stride, balance, weight-bearing, and movement patterns, sending data to clinicians to flag deterioration or injury risk.
  • Best for post-surgical, neurology, and fall-risk patients; most commonly used by orthopedics, physical therapy, and neurology groups.
1bios Smart Insole Gait Pressure Monitoring
1bios Mobile Care Station

Mobile Care Stations

  • An all-in-one cellular hub that pairs with multiple peripherals (BP, scale, SpO2, glucose, etc.) so a patient can take several readings from one device that transmits everything to our care team.
  • Best for complex, multi-condition patients needing several vitals tracked; most commonly used by multi-specialty groups, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and health systems running broad RPM programs.

“The 1bios monitoring is integral to our practice, giving us more patient touchpoints and strengthening our relationships.”
